We at Matruchhaya Clinic acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and the impact it has had on fertility treatments, more so psychologically on patients.

There are extra standardized precautions we have taken to curb the stress this pandemic has caused. Our management, acting on the guidelines floated by the competent authorities, ensures that certain strict measures are put into place.

We would request all the patients to please re-consider their visit if they fit into any of the below parameters-

• Have you or your partner been tested, diagnosed or put into quarantine for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
• Over a period of last 14 days, have you or your partner come in close proximity to a person diagnosed with COVID-19?
• Are you or your partner experiencing shortness of breath, cold, cough or muscle ache?

Mandatory Face Covering & Hand Hygiene Practice

Matruchhaya Clinic takes the health of its patients and employees seriously and has introduced some guidelines that must be followed. Patients have to don a personal mask upon their arrival at the clinic and have to maintain good hand hygiene by applying hand sanitizers when required.

Regular Sanitization

Our premises, including all the frequent touchpoints and other areas, are regularly sanitized, thus ensuring the hygiene of the highest standards.

Regular Screening

All our healthcare workers and employees are regularly screened to ensure that our patients are safe in our premises.

Minimizing Patient Volume In A Given Time

We are strategically giving appointments in order to avoid waiting room congestion. Adhering to social distancing norms is one of our prime motives.

Support Person/ Visitor

We would also like couples to pre-inform the clinic if they will be accompanied by a support person/visitor. Although we would discourage such idea, yet if the couples are bringing someone else, kindly intimate us beforehand.
